REIT Rankings is published by Investment Grade LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that provides commercial real estate research, data, and capital advisory services. This page explains what this site is, what it is not, and the limits of what you should take from it.
Our Grades Are Research Opinions, Not Credit Ratings
REIT Rankings publishes letter grades and numeric scores for real estate investment trusts. These grades are proprietary research opinions produced under our published methodology, which weights dividend safety, balance sheet strength, portfolio quality, growth, and valuation.
Our grades are not credit ratings. Investment Grade LLC is not a nationally recognized statistical rating organization (NRSRO) and is not registered with or accredited by the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other regulator as a rating agency. Our grades measure a different thing than a credit rating measures, they are produced by a different process, and they carry none of the regulatory standing that an agency rating carries.
Where this site displays credit ratings from S&P Global, Moody’s, Fitch, or any other rating agency, those ratings are reproduced as reported factual data. They remain the opinions of the issuing agencies, we do not verify or endorse them, and they may be changed or withdrawn by the agency at any time without our knowledge.
