  1. Great version of Girl from Ipanema but lousyhouse selling advice. If you want to sell a house first stage it. Then decide how quick you want to sell it. Based on that decide how over the market you want ot go. If it has not sold after 25 years you might want to lower the price. Otherwise ignore frustrated would be home owners like this dweeb.

  4. When I bought my home I didn’t care that the owners loved it. I cared about the bottom line. I’m meeting with a Realtor today to sell. I’ve done my market research and have a pretty good ballpark figure to start with and a bottom line, so I hope to have a good chance of a fast turn around.
