Stoneweg European REIT reports earnings of EUR18.9 mil, down 4% y-o-y for 1QFY2025

The REIT’s NPI grew 2.4% y-o-y, due to higher rental income from assets in Milan and Durham, and reversal of bad debt provision in France.
