Supermarket Income REIT Acquires 10 Asda Supermarkets As Part Of Sale And Leaseback Deal

UK property investor Supermarket Income REIT (SUPR) has acquired 10 Asda supermarkets in a sale and leaseback transaction worth £196 million.
