The first lilacwas planted by Vicar Bishop Athanasije Rakita in the name of Serbian Patriarch Irinej, Host of the event was HRH Prince Aleksandar Pavlov Karadjordjevic. On behalf of their countries lilacs are planted by ambassadors: of Russia HE Alexandar Konuzin, of Japan HE Tosi Tsunozaki and of Lebanon HE Mustafa Hamdan, , representatives of other embassies, high chancellor of the Order of Knights of St.Lazarus.
